You've tried talk therapy. You've seen the doctors. You've looked for answers—but the "stuck" feeling remains.

Anxiety or overwhelm feels like a permanent guest.

Your body reacts in ways you can't control.

Your child is struggling, and no amount of "parenting strategies" is working.
It doesn't mean nothing is wrong.
It means the root is deeper than words.

The approach
Think of your body like a hard drive. It stores every stress, fright, or "stuck" emotion you've ever had. Even when your mind wants to move on, your body might still be "holding" that old data.
3D Therapy is a way to "talk" to your body's operating system. We don't just talk about the problem; we find where the stress is physically stored and help your system let it go.
What a session looks like:
Goes beyond talk—addresses the root cause in the nervous system
No guesswork—your body provides the feedback, so we know exactly what to focus on
Gentle & non-invasive—no reliving trauma; just clearing the path forward
Fast results—most clients feel a noticeable "lightness" within a few sessions

Meet Chaya
Alternative Healing Practitioner · 3D Therapy Specialist · Your partner in health and healing
A few years ago, I was working as a designer and never imagined I'd become a therapist. But then, life changed completely.
My two-year-old son underwent surgery for hearing implants. It was a miracle that he could finally hear, but the aftermath was heartbreaking. He lost all his cuteness, his happiness, and his spark. He became deeply depressed. What do you do for a child who doesn't understand what you tell him, who is confused and sad about how drastically his life changed, and who is just sinking? I felt hopeless.
Someone recommended a wonderful therapist who performed a gentle, relaxing method called 3D therapy. In just a few short sessions, my son was back. His laughter, his smile, and his spark returned.
That was my introduction to this work. When I saw an ad to learn 3D therapy a little while later, I knew I had to find out more. I wanted to bring that same "magic" to other families and help them out of hopeless situations, just like we were helped.
I dove into the training, practicing first on family and friends—like my brother, whose severe hives vanished just hours after our first session. I graduated from the course, and today, I support steady weekly clients both in person and on Zoom.
While I work with adults, I have a deep passion for parental strategy. I know firsthand how exhausting it is when your children are struggling, which is why I love helping mothers break difficult patterns—like a family I recently worked with whose kids were trapped in a vicious cycle of chronic strep. Today, those kids are healthy and thriving.
My approach is structured and focused on real-life results, but always delivered with a wholesome, nurturing heart. Every breakthrough is my joy, and I look forward to helping you and your family feel better, too!
